This is a receptionist as well as a customer service role. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in an effective and efficient manner to support multiple companies in a shared workspace environment. Assist with answering high call volumes regarding current resident concerns. The receptionist will convey positive representation to reflect of the company to all visitors and incoming calls.
Oversee the front desk.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
Open and sort mail to respective companies and departments.
Enter data into a computer system or software
Assist with general office clean-up of reception area, lounge area, meeting room and kitchen.
Make maintenance requests and follow through to the end to assure issues are addressed.
Answer or direct inquiries promptly, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Handle a high volume of resident concerns courteously and professionally.
Identify caller’s problem by listening intently and help solve it by escalating it to the appropriate personnel.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Detailed oriented and highly organized.
Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
High degree of professionalism in written and verbal communication.
