Birgo Realty offers an exciting start-up environment, characterized by fast growth and an entrepreneurial spirit. We take care of our hardworking team by providing opportunities for professional growth, paying attention to holistic staff needs, and celebrating life together every Friday afternoon. Birgo Realty values diversity in our staff and seeks to enhance the diversity of our team at every opportunity.  At Birgo, we run on EOS.

What’s EOS?

EOS is the Entrepreneurial Operating System, which is the system that Birgo runs on for casting vision as a company, then developing traction to execute on that vision. It’s a way of organizing human energy that is geared specifically towards high growth, innovative companies, like Birgo.

What’s an Integrator?

An Integrator seamlessly “integrates” the major functions of the organization by leading the heads of each company division, which in our case is Growth, Finance, Operations, and People. They are the steady force of the organization, the glue that holds everything together, and the person ultimately responsible for executing on financial performance and results. The term comes from the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
