Job Summary

Join our fast-growing and energetic team to improve lives through real estate. Birgo is seeking a dispatcher to manage the daily coordination of the work order management software across all Birgo markets. The Dispatcher is responsible for work order intake and follow-up, as well as worker dispatching and coordination. The Dispatcher improves tenants' lives by ensuring the work order status, completion, and close-out are logged in a timely manner.

Core Responsibilities
  • Utilize work order management software to dispatch maintenance and trades workers using established processes to ensure work is completed at the most efficient pace and standard
  • Communicate with tenants to correctly troubleshoot and categorize work orders
  • Build and maintain bulk work order completion calendars per property
  • Coordinate with local authorities and first responders when large-scale emergencies occur
  • Provide proper documentation for all work orders
  • Provide insight into how software, processes, and standard operating procedures can be optimized to best provide a world-class living experience for Birgo residents
Objectives
  • Deliver a world-class customer service experience to every tenant regardless of gender, race, age, or sexual orientation
  • Maintain high tenant satisfaction survey responses
  • Maintain timely work order flow

Successful Candidate Profile

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years in customer service, dispatching, or maintenance coordination
