What your typical day might be like:
We aren’t typical! We work with veterinary professionals that have various hours, so we try to accommodate this changing dynamic in our own schedules. Yes, this is a full-time position, but you will need to be flexible to get what needs to be done when your customer is available. However, this is also an added benefit, as you create the schedule that works best for you, your potential customers, and business needs – as long as you are meeting or exceeding expectations. For our work environment to remain flexible and effective, it requires strong work ethic, reliability, and a person of trustworthy character because you will be building your schedule and territory while representing our Bionote brand. While you will work mostly on your own once trained, you will work closely with remote colleagues, and report to small internal team. You will report directly to our National Sales manager, or a regional manager, as assigned, depending upon your territory.
Details: To be upfront, we do require a high standard in our employees, but we also realize people are first and foremost human beings – someone’s daughter, son, sister, brother, mother, father, etc., and we work every day with this in mind. Our corporate culture is one based upon values and integrity, with a strong work ethic. Our employees are expected to use common sense in their everyday decisions. We are not a fully traditional working environment, so we want to be sure you know this upfront. We are looking for the employee that understands this - as each day might be a little different than the day before - and sometimes, very much the same. You will be building relationships with the business and with potential customers daily. We are a growing company, so the ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment will be important. We sometimes run like a small business environment, with a large business approach. We do what we need to do, to get things done. The role you will be performing is vital to our team.
Other important things to know:
- You need a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and your own car insurance
- As we hire, territories may change a bit (we won’t require you to move), and we may ask you to adapt to include a new area or a condensed area, consider additional job assignments such as leadership, mentoring, training, or other responsibilities based upon your skill sets and aptitude, as part of the team.
This position offers:
- Base salary, plus opportunity for commission range $75,000 - $110,000/year.
- Car allowance
- Comprehensive and generous medical, dental, vision benefits package, Life Insurance/AD&D and STD/LTD
