Job Description

Biogensys is seeking applications for the Call Center Customer Service Representative position at our client site in Laurel, MD.

This is a 10 months’+ contract position

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Duties:

  • Provides excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Responds to email communication.
  • Performs other duties as assigned (filing, organizing work orders, journal work orders, etc.)

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • 1 (One) year of customer service experience in a high-volume, inbound call/contact center
  • 2 (Two) years of experience working in a customer service environment
  • High School Diploma.
  • Bilingual preferred
