Company DescriptionJob Description About This Role The Senior Manager, Vendor Management (Clinical Operations) facilitates and maintains relationships between the Central Trial Master File (TMF) Team, Functional TMF representatives, Global Clinical Operations (GCO) Vendor Management, and our TMF-related vendors/partners. The Senior Manager, Vendor Management will be the primary point of contact for our Contract Research Partners (CROs)/partners and our TMF Team. What You'll Do * Provide CRO-specific input to the Central TMF Team on process development, technology updates, and training to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance from vendors * Develop and maintain the TMF Playbooks, and the TMF-specific content in the CRO Operating Model and Toolkit * Collaborate with Central TMF Team and TMF Functional Area Leads to understand process or system changes and communicate them to our vendors * Act as vendor voice and provide vendor perspective during internal TMF meetings Who You Are You are a strong communicator who loves to build strong partnerships with stakeholders. You love to collaborate, especially when problem-solving. Qualifications Required Skills: * Bachelor's degree preferably in a scientific discipline * 5+ years' experience with Vendor Management within a pharmaceutical/biotech industry, specifically working with CROs * Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills * Detail oriented, able to identify issues and consistently collaborate to solve problems * Strong Project Management with a focus on meeting deliverables Additional Information Our mission to find therapies for neurological and rare diseases is a unique focus within our industry and this shared purpose is what connects us as a team.
