BioSkin is a well-established manufacturer of premium sports medicine products with a focus on injury treatment and prevention for people of all activity levels. We have made the strategic decision to invest heavily in direct-to-consumer sales and as part of that initiative, we are preparing to launch a completely redesigned website with a commitment to do what is necessary to be the market leader in this space.
We are seeking a full-time digital marketing manager to help us achieve those goals.
In this role, you will be a key member of the team that creates the digital marketing strategy and will be primarily responsible for its execution, including PPC, SEO, paid social, and advertising on Amazon.com. You will develop campaigns and stories with input from the greater marketing department and will be supported by a team with access to graphic design, video production, photography, and web development.
This role may be completed on a remote basis, given the applicant is within the pacific or mountain time zones, but preference will be given to someone who lives in or is willing to relocate to Southern Oregon.
Develop the strategy for PPC and paid social, including integrated digital campaigns that focus on differentiating our products in a competitive market that requires high customer education
Manage the consumer engagement plans from planning and development through launch and reporting, focusing on a clear set of KPIs
Create and manage audience and distribution lists and monitor customer/user engagement
Plan and review content with marketing team to ensure a seamless and integrated consumer journey regardless of channel
Manage the digital seasonal calendar, including promotions
Provide strategic input for creative partners on the role of digital journeys and optimizing stories across the digital ecosystem
3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing, PPC, AdWords, Bing, Paid Social
Experience implementing conversion tracking and audience generation
Experience working with graphic designers to create digital media
Strategic and creative thinking
Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication
Analytical skills to gather and apply business/user insights
In-depth experience with search engine optimization
Understanding of Amazon Marketplace preferred
Project management skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to collaborate and work with a team
