Job DescriptionWho We AreBinsky, a large-scale mechanical contracting and service provider located in NJ & PA is seeking a Project Executive. The Project Executive will report directly to the CEO.Why We Need You!We need to talented individuals, like you, who care about the company and our customers, and can help us continue to grow and succeed!The RoleThe Project Executive is responsible to monitor the overall health of a project, maintain a positive relationship with the client and insure maximum profitability.ResponsibilitiesMentor Share knowledge and assist when neededProject Operations Responsible for the overall safety operations of all personnel on this project on-site and off-site Review quality control plan and monitor quality control issues. Manage purchasing efforts and monitor status of orders and subcontractors.

Monitor drafting status and review progress levels and projections with team. Review engineering planning and evaluate VE... optionsSchedule and Labor Tracking Review and evaluate overall project schedule and progress.

Evaluate productivity and progress reporting for project Manage labor goals, work force requirements, and MBE planning.Change Order Tracking Monitor costs to date and project invoicing in order to maintain cash flow Monitor changes and labor costs projections for project profitability projectionsClient Relations Attend essential project meetings as deemed necessary to maintain client interaction. Review contracts and identify concerns/opportunitiesSkills A solid understanding and broad knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC and Process systems for commercial and institutional construction, including hospitals, schools, R&D facilities and multi-story buildings. Strong computer and technology skills including scheduling, modeling and internal management software.

Ability to prioritize, set goals and manage multiple tasks under time constraints and meet strict deadlines Ability to read architectural, structural and mechanical plan and be familiar with a variety of plumbing, HVAC and Process systems and terminology Demonstrate strong math aptitude, organization, verbal, written and analytical skills Knowledge of Plumbing and Mechanical theory and code to identify issues with the designs or conflicts with other trades Understanding of labor and union trade jurisdictional regulations Conflict resolution and risk mitigation.Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Preferred) 15+ years' experience in the construction of plumbing, mechanical and process systems High level of comfort working with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and owner agents. Knowledge of BIM and project scheduling Basic understanding of accounting cost controls Basic knowledge of building, welding and plumbing codes.Physical Requirements Physical activity not limited to climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, lifting<50 lbs., sitting and walkingWhat We Offer Full benefits 401k with company contribution 8 paid holidays/ year Paid time off A family.
