RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an organized, diligent, and responsible Part Time Parts Department Clerkto join our growing team.The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This individual will be responsible for the following:

• Organizing daily paperwork including invoicing, purchase orders and key punching data.
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Proficient keyboarding skills
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
