Bill Metzger Plumbing is a family owned business serving the residents of Orange County for over 50 years. Our team is growing and we are looking for a skill customer service rep to support our team remotely!
Primary Job Function: Responsible for handling inbound customer calls. Contacting existing customers and neighbors for the purpose of scheduling service maintenance appointments, service agreement appointments or sales appointments for comfort consultants

- 3+ years in customer service/call center experience
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to keep a positive attitude
- Scheduling experience preferred
