HIGH-VOLUME MANAGER

If you're a multi-tasking, customer-service driven and high-energy hospitality professional, it's time to take a step towards building your restaurant management career. We're looking for candidates with an "ownership mentality" and 3-5 years of Manager experience in guest satisfaction, maintaining standards, consistently exceeding expectations, staffing and day to day operations. We need proven, results-oriented candidates like you to apply for this High-Volume Manager position. You in cooperation with the management team, under the direction of the General Manager, will lead the restaurant staff in daily tasks, train, and develop them into assets of your team. Qualified Applicants will possess the following: minimum of 3 years as a Full-Service Restaurant Manager with sales in excess of 5 Million

  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues

  • Train and manage kitchen personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
