EVENT CAPTAINS
The Event Captains are the liaison between the Event Specialist or Event Coordinator & Front of House Staff. Hospitality, multi-tasking, resiliency, punctuality & leadership are all vital skills of this role. Captains are required to be trained in all positions including Bartender, Server, Bridal Attendant & Porter.
- Closing/Opening Events when Needed
- Weekly BEO Overviews
- Leading the Team to Success during Events
- Point of Contact for Staff & Clients during Events
- AV Needs
- Event Recaps (Appointed Leader Only)
- Post Shift Meetings (Appointed Leader Only)
