Receptionist & Assistant Office Coordinator With Career Opportunity

 

compensation: $300 a week with potential for more

We are Consulting firm specializing in Energy Contracts,Merchant Services,Solar,and Utility Refunds. We are looking for a Receptionist/ Assistant Office Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The ideal person will have ZERO ego/attitude, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.

POSITION: Receptionist & Assistant Office Coordinator

LOCATION: Corpus Christi, Texas 78411

HOURS: 8:30am – 4:30pm

COMPENSATION:

No Degree Required

 

Responsibilities of Receptionist/ Assistant Office Coordinator:

- Meet & greet all visitors; provide main phone line coverage

- Maintain front office area, conference rooms and common areas

- Assist with calendar management

- Manage office ambiance and cleanliness - ensure areas are organized and inviting

- Manage background music in office

- Help plan, support, and execute office events and team outings

- Provide professional and confidential administrative support/back up for Founder assistant when needed

- Assist with expense reporting-Track and pay for Utility bills

- Provide inventory management including purchasing (office snacks, supplies) & restocking and storage

- Update and Maintain Master list of clients via CRM SalesNexus

- Order lunch for meetings

- Run errands as needed

- Take messages, and manage incoming and outgoing post/mail/shipments including post office runs

- Handle projects as needed

-Communicate and assist sales team as needed

 

Requirements of Receptionist/ Assistant Office Coordinator:

- No Experience needed but must be willing to grow

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Self Starter, highly organized, and extremely detail-oriented

- Takes initiative and follow projects through to completion

- Must be able handle multiple assignments successfully

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with business matters

- Must be hospitality driven with a strong client-service mindset

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills; position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, discretion, and diplomacy a "Can do" attitude

- Continual attention to detail in composing, drafting and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple competing tasks and demands.

- Ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable working in a high-energy environment

- Desire to be on a team, work together to achieve center goals and deliver 5-star customer service every day!

- Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
