Job Description

We are looking for a full-time agent with sales or customer service experience that is interested in the automotive field with an open and flexible schedule. Call Center serves as an initial training center to learn the business and prepare you to transfer into a Sales/Service Advisor position in our stores!


Provide excellent customer service to all customers while adhering to Big Brand Tire & Service customer service values. Recommend services that meet or exceed the manufacture’s recommendations and aligns with the customer’s needs.

Duties include sales and service related functions such as assessing customer automotive needs, selling products and services which satisfy both customer needs and company goals, generating invoices, receiving and transferring inventory, filling out required paperwork, as well as following company policies and procedures. To carry out these functions, it is necessary for the Call Center Agent to be able to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and co-workers.


  • Prior customer service experience
  • Results oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional appearance, attitude and absolute dependability
  • Computer literacy with competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Possession of a valid CA Driver's license and a driving record with no more than 2 points as reported on DMV K4 report.

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of tires and automotive services would be advantageous for someone new to this role.

Based off hiring requirements we may choose to use a staffing agency and would hire for full-time based on performance after 90 days.
