File Clerk

Looking for a fast-paced and friendly environment, where you can make a difference? Big Brand Tire & Service is rapidly growing and looking for a part time file clerk to join our Accounting department.

Duties:

• Gathering and organizing files and documents for coworkers use, such as for reports

• Sorting invoices

• Matching invoices

• Putting files, digital and paper, into their proper locations

• Sorting, delivering, and picking up and sending mail

• Maintaining current filing system

• Other duties as assigned
