JOB DESCRIPTION: CRM Manager

BiasSync is seeking an experienced and highly organized CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our sales operations. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administrative functions that support our sales team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes and procedures. Your primary objective will be to streamline sales operations, improve sales team productivity, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

What You’ll Do:

As CRM Manager, you will create and manage processes and procedures to improve revenue operationalefficiency, lead management, revenue KPI’s and performance reporting. Responsibilities include the following:

Sales Operations Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales operations, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and effective sales support
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Monitor and optimize sales systems and tools to enhance team productivity and effectiveness
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of sales processes, policies, and procedures

Sales Administration:

  • Manage the sales administration team, providing leadership, guidance, and support
  • Coordinate and manage the sales order process from initial inquiry to onboarding, ensuring accuracy and a superior client experience
  • Oversee the management of customer contracts and pricing
  • Develop and maintain a centralized sales document repository for easy access and retrieval

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales team performance, providing regular reports and insights to management
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking mechanisms to evaluate sales team effectiveness and individual performance
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and sales targets in collaboration with the sales and finance teams
  • Conduct periodic sales reviews, identify challenges, and develop action plans to drive performance

Team Development and Training:

  • Coordinate training and coaching to the sales team, fostering their professional growth and development
  • Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to perform their roles effectively

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in sales administration or related roles, with a track record of successful process improvement and team management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful insights
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Skills and Experience:
  • Must be highly proficient in Salesforce, Google Workplace, Excel/Google Sheets, and technically savvy for other key sales applications
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Planning & Operations (preferably at B2B SaaS companies)
  • An understanding of core SaaS B2B growth and efficiency business metrics
  • A track record of helping sales teams hit aggressive revenue and pipeline targets
  • Experience and demonstrated excellence in partnering inter- and cross- departmentally with Go to Market teams
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, where initiatives are fluid and require constant prioritization
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels, including Executive Leadership responsibilities
SALARY RANGE:

$100,000 TO $115,000
