Responsibilities:

  • Sell Health and Life products and design solutions for consumers

  • Build relationships with consumers by handling incoming and outbound calls

  • Computer and technology skills

  • Research required information using available resources

  • Enroll consumer plans, forms, and applications

  • Route calls to appropriate resources

  • Implement all call information into systems

  • Recognize, document, and alert the leadership team of trends in consumer calls

  • Follow up customer calls when necessary

  • Upsell products and services

  • Become a thought leader in the industry
