Job Description

To support our rapid growth, we are expanding our services team and hiring various customer facing roles.  In this role, you will provide your expertise to assist customer with strategic roadmap for cloud security and operations management, influence customer architecture decisions, provide insightful and creative solutions, and assist with successful implementations. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to consistently produce clean, efficient code based on client specifications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating all the activities related to requirement gathering, analysis, design, development and implementation of customer information systems and software applications. 
  • Responsible for maintaining, supporting and upgrading existing customer systems and applications. 
  • Apply proven problem-solving skills and knowledge of best practices to work with the Application Development Lead on issues related to the design, development and deployment of customer oriented, mission-critical information and software systems.
  • Clearly communicate both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. Strong interpersonal skills are required due to continual interaction with customers, managers, and users with varying technical backgrounds in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Responsible for the development and deployment of new customer applications, systems software and/or enhancements and analysis to existing applications. 
  • Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve systems issues; lead pre-testing phase of development by evaluating proposals in order to identify potential problem areas and make the appropriate recommendations.
  • "Pixel-perfect" Implementation of our approved user interface
  • Development and deployment of our database
  • Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.
  • Development and Construction of our APIs using Micro services.
  • Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API
  • Knowledge about CI/CD using Jenkins, SonarQube.

Experience

5+ years of experience with:

  • Knowledge about Programming fundamentals, Basic Computer Science Algorithms
  • Good Understanding of Factory, Singleton Patterns and Interfaces
  • Excellent hands on Native Mobile, Hybrid Web Apps and PWA applications development experience
  • Experience in implementing TDD using Jest or Jasmine framework to write Testable Code.
  • Knowledge about RxJs, DOM Manipulation Techniques, TypeOrm, Microservices
  • Programming Knowledge about MariaDB, NoSQL, MySQL, MongoDB Database. Graph Database i.e., Neo4J a plus.
  • A relevant back-end programming language (PHP, Python, Ruby or Node, any scripting language like bash, PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries {{e.g., Sass, Less, and Webpack, Node}}
  • Proficiency with Git
  • Mobile and web development experience
  • Experience in designing and implementing security and identity management solutions to support mission critical business systems.
  • Proficient in integrations including the creation and implementation of integration architecture, API design and build with an emphasize on Open, Partner and Internal including the following webservices,
    • SOAP
    • XML-RPC
    • JSON-RPC
    • REST APIs
    • GRAPHQL (Query Language) experience is a plus.
  • Front-end web development experience with HTML5, CSS3, REST, JavaScript and JS libraries such as jQuery, AngularJS, Angular Material UI, jQuery, ECMAScript 6 (minimum), and Typescript 2.x and React.
  • Server-side development experience with at least one server platform such as .NET, Java, PHP, and/or node.js
  • Mobile platforms deployment experience: iOS (Objective C and Swift), Android
  • PaaS/IaaS experience: AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiar with cloud architectures and complex enterprise on-premises IT landscapes.
  • Knowledge of enterprise identity life cycle management processes and standards.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to demonstrate "hustle" and work with multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate with customers at all levels of management and deliver informative, well-organized presentations.
  • Ability to listen and understand the customer's business goals, objectives and priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Ability to facilitate effective team interaction.
  • Driven to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
  • API management experience: Mulesoft, Apigee, Axway or Dell Boomi preferred
  • Identity federation, access control and directory protocols experience: SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect, AD and LDAP

Additional skillsets:

  • IAM / IGA deployment experience: Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, One Login, Centrify, Saviynt, CA, Microsoft, Oracle, Quest One Identity or IBM
  • SaaS deployment experience: Salesforce, Box, Office 365, G Suite, UltiPro, ServiceNow, Workday and HR as master for identities
  • Network / cloud security integration experience: Cisco, F5, Palo Alto Network or Zscaler
  • Machine learning, AI, Data Science a plus

Qualifications:

BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
