Job Description: Beyond, is seeking a dedicated Client Implementation and Support Specialist who wants to be part of a growing company. The position is a hands-on, consultant-focused role that is responsible for guiding customers through complicated POS implementations. The employee will work closely with each customer to determine the procedures, workflow and needs of their business. They will then design solutions, stage equipment, build configurations, implement the system, train the users and take each customer through a Go Live day. The employee will also act as support to assist in complex issues with related products in addition to the POS. The best specialists are genuinely excited to help clients. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Specialists can put themselves in their client’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Clients feedback is priceless. Problem-solving also comes naturally to client specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve client complaints. What you will do:Guide clients through complex POS implementations from start to finishAct as consultant, trainer, and technical resource for the POS and related productsAct as Level 2 or 3 Support in handling, solving and closing complex customer issuesProvide off hours support as scheduled and needed for team members and customersUses skills to investigate issues and find solutions independently with little oversight or directionProvides QA testing and documentation creation as neededAssists with establishing work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards, procedures and strategic directivesCreates update or resolution roll out plans and sees them through to completionStays up to date on POS hardware and software in the field, in pilot or under reviewUses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or client concernsShift positions will be 11am – 8pm M-F, with on-call rotation every 4 weeks Who you are:Technical professional with strong knowledge in either IT troubleshooting or food service managementKnowledge of the company’s products, services and business operationsProject management experience preferredCustomer orientated with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentStrong interpersonal skills, perseverance, and patienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Specifically Windows 10) About Us Beyond strives to simplify operations, reduce costs and streamline payments for small and mid-size business owners across the country.
