We are in Knead of an Office Coordinator!

This is a key position within our small but mighty corporate team and an opportunity to coordinate various areas of back office support while gaining exposure to restaurant operations.

What will you do?

  • Bookkeeping that includes A/P and A/R, bills processing, tracking and coding of payments and income, financial and KPI reporting through QuickBooks and restaurant POS software
  • Support Human Resource (HR) functions such as employee data entry and maintenance, payroll preparation, benefits tracking and enrollment, and maintaining personnel documents and files
  • Support of marketing and fundraising/community efforts that can include program tracking, reporting, and donation tracking
  • Coordinates communication to the field teams such as newsletters, announcements, and incoming inquiries or supply needs from the field
  • Is the point person for incoming phone and digital communication and moves them forward to the appropriate contact as needed
  • Oversees the office and warehouse operations which includes receiving deliveries, ordering materials and supplies, tracking inventory and stock of supplies, and allocates costs
  • Assists with wholesale accounts to include calling for orders, preparing plan sheets and managing the A/P processes
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Provides overall administrative support to the President and Management
  • Occasionally run an errand 

Who are we looking for?

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with A/R, A/P and bookkeeping within QuickBooks
  • Strong verbal and digital communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a HUGE plus
  • Self-driven, reliable and able to anticipate the needs of the business areas supported
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively to complete various tasks with competing deadlines
  • Approachable, trustworthy and puts teammates, customers, and vendors at ease
  • Available full-time M-F from 9 am - 5 pm
