ABA therapist/ Behavior Technician provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in the home, school, and/or community. Each behavior plan is developed and overseen by a behavior analyst. The responsibilities of the ABA therapist/ behavior technician would be
•Provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy as directed by senior staff
•Follow and Implement behavior plan
•Record data daily and graph as required
•Keep open communication with treatment team and families to ensure progress and transfer of skills
•Complete session documentation and paperwork
•This position would begin with 20-25 direct hours with potential to increase hours to full time
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 60 credits towards a degree in psychology, education, or other social service field. At least 1 year experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders, emotional disturbance, or intellectual disability. Experience with ABA or verbal behavior required and registered Behavior Technician a Plus, but not required.
