Beverly Hills Optometry is a growing private optometric practice in Beverly Hills with state of the art technology and home to the "eye massage." We're looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Sales Associate to join our team. If you are a friendly, hard working and committed individual with exceptional customer service and care for the patients within our practice, this may be the right place for you. Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
- General administrative tasks such as scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phone calls, filing, etc.
- Verifying vision and medical insurances
- Assisting doctor with pre-testing of patients
- Checking patients in and out
- Basic Sales (i.e. selling contact lenses, dry eye products, and in-office treatments)
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills and professional appearence
- Well-versed optical knowledge/background is preferred
