This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager.

Job Description

Marketing Specialist will report to the Sales Manager. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential and retain existing customers. 

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Create marketing plan for 3 divisions of Beverly.
  • Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Manage social media accounts and create and post content on at least a weekly basis. Create strong and effective social media presence.
  • Evaluate and update web page as needed.
  • Create marketing materials for sales staff and monthly newsletter.
  • Events and trade show planning and participation.
  • Attend and participate in business association events and networking. (BOMA, IREM, IRBA, etc)
  • Branding for Beverly Companies and Straughn Farm.
  • Ordering and planning branding with employee attire, paper products, pens, cups, etc.
