Annual Salary can rage between: $75k - $150k

Responsibilities:

Our Sales Representatives will help guide our customers through the process of identifying individual comfort needs and select the best system and pay plan to meet their budget. No matter the problem, our team is a group of highly trained and experienced professionals that has the background and training to solve it. Using high tech tools and techniques, we ensure that our Customers get their full value! This is an uncapped income opportunity, take control of what you earn by utilizing your strong sales skills!

Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in Outside Sales in a residential In-Home environment.  We prefer professionals in the Skilled Trades business model; Pest Care, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Construction or Security.

Required Credentials:

• Strong sales, follow-up, One call closing and organizational skills.
• The ability to self-generate sales leads.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A mind that is open to new ideas, methods, and perspectives.

Preferred Credentials:

• HVAC knowledge or ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• In-home sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency (A plus)
