Maintenance Technician

Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Maintenance Technician. This position will assist a team in the maintenance of the Clubhouse and surrounding dwellings. Essential Functions:

• Responsible for efficient and timely report to work orders and general maintenance.
• Assist with projects including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Maintain a neat and orderly workstation and assist in cleanliness of Clubhouse.

Requirements:

• 2+ years general maintenance experience (painting, dry wall, plumping, electrical, carpentry HVAC) required

• Incredible eye for detail
• Basic HVAC/Refrigeration Skills, certification preferred
• Basic Electric and Plumbing Skills, certification preferred
• Excellent communicator

• Team player
• Bend twist and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day
• Flexible availability – able to work evenings, holidays and weekends
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure while working in challenging environment
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office programs
