· Outbound phone calls with businesses across North America
· Set up appointments with local small and medium business owners
· Collaborate with the local Publisher
· Facilitate relationships between the Publishers and businesses
· High School diploma or equivalent
· 1-3 years in Customer Service, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting or similar fast-paced environment preferred but not required
· Professional communication skills, especially over the phone
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Upbeat and energetic personality
