The administering of all local and remote HR functions for ten retail locations between Oregon, California, and Arizona. The staff totals about 70 members, so self-motivated, organized individuals with professional HR experience are an absolute requirement! This is a position that also requires an ability to effectively communicate and connect with a diverse, unique staff which is primarily composed of young, nonconformist, individualistic type personalities.
Duties to include:
- Monitoring employee relations and moral
- The on and off boarding of staff
- Revising, implementing, and enforcing policies
- Reinforcing company culture
- Documenting staff progression and incidents
- Managing benefits
- Administering reviews
- Advising and monitoring improvement plans
- Ensuring employment compliance
Our Eugene based headquarters has a full staff of other office employees, each with their own respective department, who work together as a cohesive unit to ensure the locations have everything they need to be successful. Centrally located between these office positions and our onsite managers is the HR position. The Company is looking for the right kind of person who can fit into our unique culture and replace the two owners, who currently each work part-time fulfilling HR duties, so that they may focus on other aspects of the business as we continue to grow.
