Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Very well-established Mortgage Company (over 27 years) in Bellevue needs a friendly, detail-oriented receptionist /office assistant.

You must have a warm, outgoing personality that shines through on the phone.

We expect you to be smart, competent and professional.

Attention to detail is critical!

This is a friendly, family-owned company and you will have a wide variety of duties in a small office environment.

Duties include:

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Order title/escrow/appraisal/hazard insurance binders
  • Follow up on title/escrow/appraisal/hazard insurance binders
  • Help prepare loan packages to be mailed out
  • Copying, scanning and filing
  • Data entry
  • Distribute faxes
  • Postage/mailing
  • Maintain office supplies/toner

Mortgage, Title, Escrow and/or Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required.

Must have at least one full year of general office experience.

This is a full-time position, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Our office is located in the Factoria area of Bellevue, next to the I-90 freeway.

Preference given to job applicants who live within a 30-40 minute commute to our office.
