Project Manager / Estimator (Xactimate experience preferred)

A major Reading based Restoration Company serving Berks and adjoining counties is seeking a Project Manager/ Estimator to join its growing business. The successful candidate will have an established knowledge of all phases of general construction, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. A working knowledge of estimating through Xactimate software is preferred. Summary of Qualifications:

Required: Prior Claims adjuster or Restoration Company Experience

Minimum ten years of construction experience.

Three years of managing projects from inception to completion.

Working knowledge of estimating software and general computer skills.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimating and Sketching with software estimating program

Restoration experience helpful.
