Job Description

Looking for a take charge individual, fast learner, motivated experienced in the field of construction.

Bid coordinator must be responsible, and understand deadlines. You must be an excellent communicator both verbally and in written correspondence.

Bookkeeping skills a plus, to assist when needed

Might be asked to help in other departments when needed.

assist with estimating, calling sub contractors, reading blueprints 

Candidate must Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS office, Teams, Outlook and Excel.

Have accountability and take pride and ownership of your work.

Candidate must be a positive team player who is willing to learn.

Must have 1-2 years experience in construction office.
