We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Project Manager (Market Research and Polling).

The ideal candidate has the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, as well as the ability to work with all levels of staff and management. They must be able to provide fielding expertise on various data collection methods, especially online which is a must and study types. In addition, they are quality-focused with attention to detail and accuracy, have excellent communication skills (specifically how to troubleshoot issues, manage client expectations, act as a client partner and communicate in a timely manner under pressure), proactive with strong critical thinking skills, a growth mindset with the ability to receive and act on feedback and past experiences to improve performance, and adept at using technological resources including MS Office including Excel, and an aptitude for using web-based survey tools.

What You'll Do:

The Project Manager (Market Research and Polling) position will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end execution of data collection for quantitative and qualitative research projects while developing internal relationships with all levels of the organization. They must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will work with online panel to setup projects, send out sample, and manage data collection to ensure fielding meets the highest quality data standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with project team members to ensure timely and efficient execution of studies.
  • Oversee and coordinate all timelines.
  • Schedule meetings for all assigned studies to ensure project staff understands timelines, responsibilities, and study specifications.
  • Provide project management support to ensure data collection meets studies objectives.
  • Specific fielding responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Proofing survey questionnaires prior to programming
    • Link testing and programming sign-off
    • Updating programming docs
    • Monitoring and QC soft launch/full field data
    • Monitoring quotas and verbatim quality
    • QC data processing requests
    • QC databooks
    • Creating some report templates, toplines
    • Populating standard deliverables
    • QC deliverables
  • Troubleshoot issues with appropriate urgency and negotiate necessary changes.
  • Communicate study progress and discuss issues to project team.
  • Update project management database on project status
  • Invoicing of Projects
  • Real time resource for team members to discuss timelines as well as data collection best practices.
  • Support new business by assisting with internal proposal discussions, client pitches, capability discussions and relationship strategy.


What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years of work experience in the market research industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-stressed environment and can meet tight deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Has a proven understanding of various data collection methods.
  • Is detail-oriented and can work on multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Critical thinker/problem solver
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, and web-based survey tools.

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 USD per year
