So, do you want a job, or do you want to make an impact? BSG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO in its New York office.

What You'll Do:

  • The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide executive level support to the Chief Executive Officer and manage the New York office. Their job responsibilities will include:
    • Answer, direct and follow-up on all incoming emails and phone calls.
    • Open mail and organize documents/files as needed.
    • Manage calendar and schedule meetings. This includes confirming meetings, preparing/distributing materials prior to meetings, and taking notes during meetings.
    • Act as a gatekeeper/liaison between the CEO and the staff. Communicate to the staff on behalf of the CEO and keep the CEO up-to-date on projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Arrange travel. This includes flight, hotel, transportation, and other travel requests as needed.
    • Complete expense reports and submit to the Accounting and Finance department for approval in a timely manner.
    • Oversee the executive office budget and travel expenses.
    • Manage the New York office which may include ordering snacks, organizing meetings, working with the building, etc.
    • Special projects and personal requests from the CEO as needed.


What You'll Need:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2-3 years of experience providing executive level support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable and comfortable using different social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude.

BSG is part of WPP, a creative transformative company. Per WPP, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting is $60,000 - $140,000 per year. Individual compensation varies based on several factors, including location, job responsibilities, experience, and skills/qualifications. In addition to base salary, BSG offers competitive benefit plans and incentive programs.
