The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for the weekly ordering of food and supplies for the department.
Trains new employees, and ensures the quality standards set by the State/Federal/BHS are met. Directs, monitors, identifies, and delegates tasks to culinary staff. Prevents food borne illness by demonstrating the knowledge of and following the sanitation standards.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Food production experience.
+ Complete BHS Culinary University and BHS required culinary competencies within the first year of employment.
+ Serve Safe Certified.
+ Supervisory experience.
