Job Description

We are seeking 1 producing, motivated, agent looking to double or triple their business. This Top Producing Agent role is for agents closing 10-20 transactions per year already. In this position, you will have access to our six person marketing team, six person back office support team, Bend Relo’s Best of Zillow status (www.zillow.com/profile/DavidKeyteBendRelo), and you will be receiving and closing leads from all 12 of our lead sources as well as be eligible to create Geo Farms for each of your listings.

  • Our back-office support team consists of our Operations Manager and three salaried employees to assist with every aspect of transaction and database management to take time off your plate to focus on serving clients and showing houses.

  • Our sales support team consists of our Sales Manager and two salaried employees to assist with managing your CRM, helping set and track your goals, and providing accountability to reach your set goals.

New Salaried Agent Job Description:

We are hiring 5 MOTIVATED New Real Estate Agents to join our growing team! You will learn the Bend Relo way and have the opportunity to earn a seat at the table as a Top Producing Broker.

 

This position is a PAID TRAINING to become a Top Producing Broker at Bend Relo. Part of the compensation value is learning the business from the highest level. You will witness and learn how winning agents operate.

 

If your performance goals are met, there will be an opportunity to move forward to becoming a Top Producing Broker with Bend Relo. The Top Producing Broker at Bend Relo closes 30-60 deals per year and consistently makes $125k-$500k+ per year with the support of the team's infrastructure and investment.

 

Role expectations and compensation

Four Pillars of the Role:

1.) Sales

  • Auto dial 100 names per day from Bend Relo geo farms with goal of setting listing appointment, sending a CMA or joining our email newsletter
  • Call/ prospect lead database using Boomtown CRM

 

2.) Listing Presentations

  • Send a pre-listing email packet before listing presentations
  • Create a seller timeline email template to send sellers after agreed upon listing date including all vendor scheduling
  • Handwritten thank you cards to be sent out after all listing presentations
  • Attend Listing Presentation with assigned Top Producing Broker along with printed paperwork to have signed on site

 

3.) Listing Execution

  • Create organized system for managing all paperwork needed, from the listing contract to the SPDs, HOA docs, MLS input form, purchase contracts and addendums
  • Learn Boomtown, Zillow, Google Drive, Sisu, Flex MLS and BackAgent to track and enter all the essential information/documents for each transaction
  • Create CMAs and Deschutes Dial reports before all listing presentations
  • Coordinate all Bend Relo service offerings on each listing, including: Lockboxes, List kit with booties and hand sanitizer, sign ordering, schedule cleaner, movers, stagers, photo/video, coordinate with marketing team for “coming soon”, “Just listed,” “Pending,” “ and “closed” mailers
  • Take notes at listing presentation about special features and write the listing description
  • Create a timeline checklist to be sent out to all parties when a listing goes under contract. This will outline all important deadlines like inspection period end, close dates etc so all parties are on the same timeline and the timeline can be referenced to make sure we are on schedule
  • Alert sellers when to turn off their utilities and send reminder to buyers agent when to turn on utilities
  • Jointly schedule showings on a shared spreadsheet. Log all offers into showing spreadsheet
  • Draft and send addendums as required
  • Let appraisers in
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Track expenses for each listing on the showings/offers/spreadsheet

 

4) Transaction Management

  • Show property
  • Writing offers and addendums
  • Opening escrow and sending all documentation to lenders
  • Learn Boomtown, Zillow, Google Drive, Sisu, Flex MLS and BackAgent to track and enter all the essential information/documents for each transaction and learn to work with VA's
  • Attend inspections
  • Coordinate vendor access

Onboarding/Training

  1. Attend a three-day Bootcamp- onboarding to our best-in-class tech platforms
  2. Mentorship Program- for 18 weeks, each week you will train on a chapter of the Bend Relo SOP workbook and training videos to become an expert on the Bend Relo way, as well as on-the-job experience with your assigned Top Producing Broker and the Bend Relo leadership team.
  3. Attend the weekly Bend Relo team meeting
  4. Ongoing mentorship and on-the-job training working with your Top Producing Broker.

Duties and expectations:

  • Set qualified appointments
  • Learn and master Bend Relo SOP for the buy side and listing side
  • Master Boomtown CRM, Sisu and Mojo Dialer
  • Hire and train your replacement upon graduating to Top Producing Broker

 

    Compensation Plan

    1) Base Stipend: $2,000 per month

    2) Bonus: 10% of the commission for every closed deal you generate prospecting for your Top Producing Broker

    3) Bonus Commission on your personal sphere transactions

    3) Training and Mentoring under Top Producing Broker and the Bend Relo team

    4) Ability to start taking leads once you have mastered the role of a Bend Relo Real Estate Agent, as the final step to becoming a Top Producing Broker
