The primary contribution of the Office Manager at Bend Plastic Surgery is to lead and insure the growth and health of the business. The Office Manager will motivate, inspire and train the staff to create an exceptional patient experience. The Office Manager must have a great attention to detail, excellent critical thinking skills and make informed decisions that move the company forward. To be successful in this role, the Office Manager must be a team player that can develop, communicate and implement the growth vision of Bend Plastic Surgery. Ultimately, the Office Manager's primary role is to exceed patient's expectations for exceptional care.

Prepare ROIs (Return on Investment) and pro-formas for new services, and new locations. Develop a complete and comprehensive budget for the upcoming year with benchmarks and goals. Always look for technology that can make the practice more efficient or productive.
Overview of payroll, prepare budget and analyze all financial reports from BPS and Medi-Spa.
Manage media strategies in both print and digital format. Recommend sponsorship of patient support groups and promote physician events.
Develop and maintain existing personnel and recruit new staff as needed. Coach staff to promote their growth and development.
Office Facilities, Equipment and Supplies:
Recommend and maintain office equipment and environment for a premium patient and staff experience.
Continue to foster a contemporary educational foundation with current healthcare trends and best practices for self and staff.
