Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to become a part of our Allstate Family! If you are outgoing, detail oriented, and dependable, we need you! You will be responsible for servicing walk-in and call-in customers by taking payments, adding endorsements, and answering insurance inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, and make outbound calls
  • Take payments
  • Add endorsements to existing policies
  • Refer to sales team any leads acquired
  • Collaborate with service team to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service or other related fields
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent at multi-tasking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
