About the Career Opportunity

Our Houston office is undergoing an expansion and we are seeking driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales and leasing professionals to join our commercial real estate brokerage team. Our talented team of brokerage associates represent private and institutional clients in both a sales and leasing transactional as well as advisory services for site selection, financial analysis, market analysis, and real estate strategy.

 

These positions are 100% commission based. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are eager to learn, motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Through our comprehensive training and mentorship program, you will master the art of commercial real estate sales while working with exceptional professionals in a dynamic culture. Previous sales experience is appreciated, but not required.

 

A Typical Day for Our Agents Includes:

General Outside Sales Activities

Working through Sales Process to Close Client Engagements and Transactions

Ongoing Daily Prospect Communications via Phone, Email, and other means

Client Relationship Management and Tracking

Property/Ownership research, Market Data and Industry Trends

Presenting Market & Property Proposals to Prospective Clients

Advising Clients on Their Commercial Real Estate Strategies

Working with support team to prepare Listing Agreements, Leases, Sale Contracts, etc.

Marketing Listings to Qualified Buyers and Negotiate Offers

Touring Properties and Due Diligence Activities

Attending Networking and Industry Events

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree

Being Coachable is Required

Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to see the big picture

Self-starter, Self-motivated and Risk-taker

High desire for personal success in a relatively short period of time

Ability to Develop and Maintain Meaningful Relationships

Excellent Communication, Judgement, & Problem Solving Skills

Outcome-oriented individual with a high level of professional integrity

Real Estate License (not required for the initial interview, but required prior to start date)

Track Record of Success; team sports, personal achievements, academics, leadership, etc.

Professional image, curiosity, and desire to make an impact

Able to present effectively to ‘C’ level prospects and concisely deliver a message

Willing to put in the hours cold calling prospects to build groundwork for long term success

Training – Our training and mentoring program will help new team members build a solid foundation for their real estate career. We incorporate both inside and outside sales programs to ensure success. These in-depth programs cover beginner to advanced sales concepts, real estate valuation, and the investment sales cycle. We accomplish this through training classes, group discussion, role-playing, online work, and instructive financial analysis.

 

Income – Our proven business plan is designed to facilitate a six-figure income within a few years and $1M+ net worth within five years. Further income growth is limited only by sales abilities.
