Manager, International Sales Operations

Reporting to the Vice President of International, the International Sales Operations Manager will support our global expansion plans with key operational focus on Amazon International 1P markets (UK, Europe, Middle East, Japan, Australia, Mexico) and Wayfair in Europe.

To apply for this position, MUST have Amazon International Sales Operations experience and dealing with CDS.

The idea candidate must be able to demonstrate expertise in the following:

• Deep knowledge of both Amazon Vendor Central portal (Wayfair Partner Home a plus)
• International shipping/booking processes between Amazon and CDS
• Understanding of European compliance documentation processes
• End to end purchase order management
• Experience working with various Amazon supply chain models e.g., China Direct Import and European DDP via international 3PL, Direct Fulfillment
• Inventory Management
• International supply chain management, logistics and shipping
• Knowledge of CRM Salesforce and how Microsoft Excel correlates to the platform
• Ability to analyze a variety of data points including inventory, pricing, sales, container configurations, portal data etc.to support sales growth
• Experience working with a variety of internal teams e.g., supply chain, compliance, sourcing, and sales
• Strong customer relationship skills complemented with an understanding of international business and cultures

Skills and Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of international sales operations experience with Amazon 1P (Wayfair and other international retailers would be a significant plus)
• Advanced knowledge of Vendor Central (Wayfair Partner Home a plus)
• Expert/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Excellent ability and deep desire to use data/tools to drive insights and make decisions across the business.
• Desire to know the business better than the customer … to know the challenges they are facing and bring solutions, and to surface outside-the-box ideas and opportunities.
• Additional experience in Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics are a benefit to understanding all the potential levers to pull.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Tableau, and major eCommerce vendor portals is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; organized and high attention-to-detail.
• Operates with a growth mindset and a high sense of urgency.
• International business experience with sensitivity to different cultures, multi-lingual a plus

Education:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or related field
