Infant/Wobbler/Toddler Early Childhood Teacher
Belmont Academy is currently looking to hire infant and toddler teachers.

Requirements:

*Must be on the Oregon Central Background Registry

*Minimum 1-2 year's experience in licensed childcare center.

Responsibilities:

*All aspects of caring for infants.

*Classroom management - Provide appropriate activities for the age of the children you are caring for.

*Provides a supportive and caring environment

*Conducts at twice a year assessments on the development of each child.

*Communicates regularly with parents or guardians supporting the child's family relationships.

*Has the desire and ability to get down and engage with children in their activities.

Belmont Academy, founded in 1973 is a non-profit school committed to the total development of every child. all children are actively involved in the excitement of learning. We are dedicated to providing a healthy, safe and nurturing environment where children can explore and learn about the world around them.

Our Infant through Pre-Kindergarten classes offer hands on learning experiences and facilitate emergent literacy. Our Before and After School program and school-age explorers summer camp program offer a safe and fun experience for children 6 to 12 years of age.

Our facilities include four historical buildings, a gymnasium, three playgrounds, dance studio, and a courtyard for sunny day socials.
