Citation Encore First Officer - Home Based

BellAir is a growing Part 135 Charter Operator headquartered in Raleigh, N.C. We are seeking enthusiastic, home-based (no relocation required), type rated First Officers for our Citation Encore aircraft.  Join a company where Safety, Premier Customer Service, and Appreciation for our pilots sets us apart from our competitors.

Our schedule is 8 days on / 6 days off (208 days per year). No relocation required.

A type rating of CE-500 is preferred

SIC REQUIREMENTS:
-Commercial Pilot's License (Prefer ATP/MEL)
-Current 1st Class Medical
-Must have 1500 hr total time. (minimum 25 hrs time in type; 50 hrs multi-engine time)

-Valid passport
-Must live one hour drive from a major airport
-Must be a US Citizen or have a resident alien card with the right to work in the US
-Must be able to complete training programs, demonstrate proficiency with job requirements

-135 experience preferred but not required

-Must be ICAO eligible for international operations

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for safely, legally and efficiently operating each flight assignment

-Conduct Pre-Flight, Cockpit and Post-Flight checklists and inspections per Company policies and procedures
-Ensure all aspects of flight planning including weather navigation, aircraft airworthiness, aircraft performance, facilities, security and customer requests are conducted in accordance with FAA Regulations, Operations and Company Polices
-Load/Unload passenger baggage
-Provide excellent customer service to passengers
-Perform other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: $75,000 base + annual retention bonus and hourly incentive pay program (ask us about our monthly incentive plan)
