$26,424 - $29,736 per year
($12.6552 - $14.2414 per hour)

Brief Job Description:
Completes general office administration and support. This includes and is not limited to: telephone duties, data entry, typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, fee and restitution collection and/or deposits, as applicable, supply orders, and any other clerical related functions.
Basic Qualification Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications.
Must be able to file, record, and have some knowledge of financial transactions (i.e., ledger-typing posting for maintaining restitution and budget records).
Must be able to handle telephone traffic with acceptable protocol.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and proof of liability insurance;
Must have the ability to work with a diverse population.
Must be of good moral character.
No staff member may possess while on duty any firearm, illegal weapons, or chemical agents.
