We are committed to providing program participants with experience-based learning, multidimensional assignments, targeted training, and continual coaching and development.Role SummaryThe corporate communications team is looking for a highly motivated, creative and organized communications intern. This position is suited for candidates looking to gain a broader understanding of communications roles within an organization and is ideal for those interested in content creation and messaging. Candidate should have excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong writing and social media aptitude.Responsibilities + Support the development, implementation and management of internal communications and media to help drive business priorities + Assist in the development and execution of communications campaigns + Help interview, write articles, post stories and brainstorm new ideas for company intranet + Help write and post content to internal and external social media channels + Conceptualize and create visually compelling content for social media posts, intranet and other company communication channels + Assist in maintaining editorial communications calendars + Assist in producing internal and external company videos + Supporting monthly PR reporting activities, including industry and competitive analysis + Engage with multiple business units, and provide excellent customer service + Participate in projects and tasks as needed Qualifications and Skills Required + Majoring in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or related business field + Currently attending or recently graduated from a 4-year undergraduate program, or working towards a Master's degree in related field + Forward thinker, responsive and creative + Professional demeanor + Self-starter attitude + Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to fast changing business priorities + Proficient in Microsoft Office + Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign or similar software + Experience with video editing/streaming apps Writing samples will be required We're excited you're here to learn how we'll leverage our family of growth companies to accelerate your career.
