We sell roofs, gutters, windows, siding, and doors.

Pay is commission-based with NO cap on how much you can earn!

The average annual pay for a sales consultant is over $100,000!

The highest producers earn over $200,000 annually!

BELDON is looking for individuals with:

● Construction Experience (Roofing and/or Basic Construction)

● Home Improvement Sales Experience (at least 2 years)

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, BELDON Sales Consultants must:

● Own a reliable truck/SUV large enough to safely carry an extension ladder

● Possess a clean driving record

● Be able to carry a 34 lb. extension ladder and walk roofs

● Possess general math aptitude and excellent written & verbal communication skills

● Demonstrate ability to use technology (apps on the phone; i-pad, computer)

● Office remotely in a professional environment

BELDON Sales Consultants responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Represent the company by adhering to company image standards

● Run scheduled and assigned sales appointments Monday through Friday, and Saturdays, as needed

● Learn the company sales process and role play to perfect your craft

● Perform roof & property inspections at homes and meet with insurance adjusters, as required

● Present home improvement solutions, close sales and follow up with customers from the sale to the build

● Manage your leads using Google calendar and the company CRM Salesforce

● Attend all sales meetings, training opportunities and work closely with office support team

● Self-generate leads by door knocking, asking for referrals, and business networking

● Help general positive reviews from customers

All BELDON TEAM Members must pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and a post offer physical.
