+ Posting ads and increasing applicant flow
+ Approving job openings
+ Increasing number of openings as requested by hiring manager
+ Sourcing applicants and uploading qualified resumes into ATS
+ Responsible for setting up new corporate employees to ensure a successful first day on the job
+ Communicating any hiring concerns in regards to outstanding reqs open more than 30 days
+ Creating relationships with hiring managers
+ Building relationships with staffing agency’s for critical needs
+ Building and maintaining a physician recruiting platform
+ Conduct and track exit interviews
+ Manage referral/sign on bonus, and monitor the cost associated with those
+ Working with recruiting team to ensure priority tasks are completed:
+ Uploading results into HRIS
+ Travel for job fairs and hiring events
+ Pushing new hire through onboarding after receiving offer accepted
+ Attend a compliance audit 1-2 times a year
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience
+ Requires minimum 5 years' recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment with strong knowledge of healthcare industry desirable
+ Demonstrated experience using various recruitment resources (internet/social media, networking associations, cold calling, etc.)
+ Exceptional customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills in a challenging, fast-paced, results oriented environment
+ Ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
+ Commitment to professionalism and ethics; respect for every candidate and the confidentiality embedded in the business
+ Strong initiative and solid judgment skills
+ Passion for and experience in creatively identifying and screening quality passive and active candidates
+ Professional appearance
+ Ability to work flexible hours/days as needed appropriate for the job search
