SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of Help Desk or Field Tech experience - Maintain, monitor and manage the systems and networks of clients.​
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience delivering awesome remote user support
  • RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools
  • Apple OSX (El Capitan, Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave)
  • iPads, iPhones
  • Microsoft Windows Server & Windows desktop operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 and Office
  • Active Directory
  • Apple, Microsoft - the more experience the better
  • Cisco devices - Meraki
  • VoIP
  • WiFi
  • Networking - TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
  • Experience with JAMF a big bonus
