SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of Help Desk or Field Tech experience - Maintain, monitor and manage the systems and networks of clients.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience delivering awesome remote user support
- RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools
- Apple OSX (El Capitan, Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave)
- iPads, iPhones
- Microsoft Windows Server & Windows desktop operating systems
- Microsoft 365 and Office
- Active Directory
- Apple, Microsoft - the more experience the better
- Cisco devices - Meraki
- Networking - TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Experience with JAMF a big bonus
