Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads and grow sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in using Pipedrive, Social Media, Email Campaigns, Active Campaign, and identifying target market data to use for outreach.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
•Use Pipedrive to manage leads and track progress through the sales funnel
•Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community management, and advertising
•Develop and execute email campaigns to engage leads and drive conversions
•Use Active Campaign to automate marketing campaigns and workflows
•Identify target market data for Southern California, including demographics, psychographics, and buyer personas
•Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
•Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies
•Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance
•Identify and utilize additional alternative programs and methods to execute effective marketing campaigns and outreach

Qualifications

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
•3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology industries
•Experience using Pipedrive, Social Media, Email Campaigns, and Active Campaign
•Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
