If your goals are to build relationships in order to help others be successful, apply today.Compensation: $42,000+ bonusResponsibilities:• Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends• Plan and direct sales team training• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities• Help agents create and practice their sales scripts• Provide positive and motivational feedback to the sales team• Work with team members to increase productivity, appointment rate, and conversion rate• Reach out to prospective sales team members to see if they would be a good fit for the team• Recruit sales agents to our brokerage partners team as well• Maintain and cultivate a team cultureQualifications:• Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards• Have prior experience in sales• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Problem analysis and problem-solving• Team leadership ability• Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead• AZ Real Estate license must be obtained within 60 days from the hire dateAbout Company: Our company is guided by timeless core values and attracts & retains only those agents that share our passion.
