- Work closely with the Design Director to brainstorm, concept and develop top notch 360 campaigns for marketing, social, and in-store initiatives
Create innovative packaging, merchandising and interactive display solutions and systems.
- Pitch design ideas that include photography and illustration approaches
- Design engaging brand assets across all channels and mediums - keep the same message but revise across mediums
- Maintain and evolve style guides, brand standards, and processes, ensuring consistency across all touch points
- Use strong design, typographical sensibilities and problem-solving abilities to execute campaigns
- Work pro-actively with other designers and production staff, you must be a self-starter that is self-motivated in getting projects off the ground and taking initial concepts forward!
- Have 5+ years of experience and be able to balance concepting and design as needed
- Have Luxury / Beauty experience with strong design, typographic and production skills
- Be proficent with the Creative Suite with excellent Photoshop skills for creating high quality comp imagery
- Have a strong eye for detail, multitasking, and working efficiently in a fast paced environment
-Be able to take direction, work well both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills
- Have impeccable organizational skills and be deadline oriented
