Beauty Barrage is a sales management company that was created by Sonia Summers in 2014. We started as a company called Beauty Strategy Group, which helped small brands get into retail stores. As time went on, brands were requesting field team assistance for in-store support. Thus, Beauty Barrage was created. Beauty Barrage works with multiple beauty brands and provides in-store support in retailers like Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom, Dillards, Macy's, and more!

The brand ambassador's objective is to go into retailers (brands and hours are dependent on the market) and sell the products within the brand that you are representing as well as educating and training retailer employees on the brand. Building in-store relationships and providing in store support are some of the main job responsibilities.

As a brand ambassador, you will be the face of the brand you are representing in store. Generating in-store events and creating a strong presence in store for your respective brand is the key to being successful in this role!

Our goal is to increase sales and brand awareness for the brands we work with. Our brand ambassadors are expected to be self-starters, effective communicators, good listeners, and have a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build brand awareness and successfully sell various beauty brands in store.
  • Educate and train retailer employees on your brand(s) so that they can continue to generate sales for the brand when you are not present in store.
  • Assist customers to determine needs while suggesting products within your brand to fulfill those needs.
  • Track customer's preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas.
  • Regularly train employees in store on the brand to help elevate sales even when you are not present in store.
  • Build and maintain successful in-store relationships with retailer employees and management.
  • Generate in-store events for brands and increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Stay active on our community website called Honey that helps inform on any key brand and company news.
  • Stay active on social media and post about your brand(s) and events in store.
  • Communicate needs of store and brand to the corporate team (out of stock items, requests for store generated events, etc).
  • Track customer's preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas.
