The Regional Restaurant Director of Operations will act as a mentor to the business-motivate and inspire staff, exceed guest expectations, build talent levels/culture all while working to achieving the financial objectives of the restaurants.
We are looking for a minimum of 5 years experience as a passionate, guest focused, multi-unit manager in a full service, polished casual or upscale restaurant concept-preferably with a national brand. Excellent people management/coaching skills vital. Occasional overnight travel.
